Rarely does a child jury agree with international art critics. Labour in a Single Shot, however, garnered the acclaim of the art connoisseurs as well as the young jurors’ prize at the Ruhrtriennale arts festival. At HKW, workshops, film discussions, and guided tours will give children, youth, and adults insights into the “Brave New Work World.” From early March, the program conceived in collaboration with Harun Farocki and Antje Ehmann will take moving pictures as its point of departure as it reflects on work in images and deeds. The film education specialist Stefanie Schlüter, the self-organized film school filmArche, photographers, and other artists are developing offerings for children and Berlin school students. experts are being invited to speak on developments in the global workplace.
