How does music inflame hatred? And what sounds are permitted?

The ethnomusicologist Cornelia Nuxoll researches the role of Rap and Reggae during the civil war in Sierra Leone, the Islamic studies scholar Jonas Otterbeck explores the state repression of musicians in an age of youth culture shaped by the Internet. Together they will discuss with Yuri Landman, an aficionado of the history and technology of the Intonarumori.
