Mariana Fix will provide a look into the housing system in order to identify and understand how it operates under finance-led globalization. Specific urban scenes in different cities after the neoliberal turn are acting as a starting point for highlighting the pressure exerted by capital during finance-led globalization and connecting it with local real estate circuits that expand themselves in the cities from the 1990s onwards.
