Gregor Harbusch

Gregor Harbusch received his PhD on the architect Ludwig Leo at ETH Zurich. Based in Berlin, he works as a freelance writer, curator, and researcher focusing on architectural and urban history of the twentieth century to the present. He is the senior editor for the online platform baunetz.de and currently preparing an exhibition about Ludwig Leo’s Umlauftank at Landwehrkanal in Berlin-Tiergarten (Circulation Tank; in collaboration with BARarchitekten), including a documentary film about Leo. Since 2016, Harbusch has collaborated on projects with the magazine ARCH+; ETH Zurich’s gta Archives; on two research and publication projects about Sigfried Giedion and photo-graphy and on the fourth CIAM congress in 1933; and on the travelling exhibition Ludwig Leo: Ausschnitt (Berlin, Stuttgart and London) and the accompanying catalog in collaboration with BARarchitekten.
