Virginia Wilson (Gin)

Virginia Wilson (Gin) is co-founder of Resis’dance, Black Obsidian Sound System, Nite Dykez, as well as founder of Faggamuffin Bloc Party, a first stage at Hackney Carnival that focuses on queer culture and presence in carnival. Gin is currently working with UK Black Pride and Stonewall UK to deliver events, whilst championing safer spaces policies in nightlife throughout.
