Nikiwe Solomon
Nikiwe Solomon is a lecturer in the Social Anthropology Department at the University of Cape Town and currently pursuing a PhD in Environmental Humanities. Her PhD research focuses on the Kuils River in Cape Town, its entanglement with social and political worlds as well as with urban planning. Solomon is also a research associate at the African Centre for a Green Economy where her work focuses on civil society and community engagement platforms committed to human and environmental well-being.
