Alisha M. B. Heinemann

Alisha M. B. Heinemann is a research assistant for German as a second language at the University of Vienna. She focuses on migration and flight research from an educational perspective, literacy in adult education, concepts of language education in schools and adult education, and migration-pedagogical approaches to the field of German as a second language. She was awarded her doctorate on the topic of advanced education participation amongst German women with a so-called migration background and is currently working on her postdoctoral thesis on the theme of “The German lesson in the context of flight and asylum”.
