Using selected documents from the Land Registry of the Berlin-Mitte Local Court and the Berlin State Archives, Anh-Linh Ngo, Arno Löbbecke and participants will discuss ownership transfers and changes and mergers of plots to form the HKW grounds. The focus is on transfers of ownership during the Nazi period and after the Second World War as well as those involved in these transfers.
