In the footsteps of the Yoruba in Brazil, the USA and the Caribbean. The director will be present

The people abducted from different regions of Africa and enslaved during the transatlantic trade could take only their cultures with them. Today, the Yoruba culture is the most pronounced and vibrant of the African diaspora. Toyin Adekeye travels in their footsteps to the USA, Cuba, Trinidad and Tobago, Haiti and Brazil. Conversations with historians and artists like Wole Soyinka and Fela Kuti explore the resistance of the Yoruba traditions and their importance today. German premiere in the presence of the director
