Antonio Jose Guzman

Antonio Jose Guzman (1971, Panama City) is a multidisciplinary visual artist, lecturer, researcher, and poet. He studied at The Gerrit Rietveld Academie and the Rijksakademie van de Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam. Recent exhibitions include: Movimiento Interestelar, NG Art Gallery, Panama, 2023; Messengers of the Sun, Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, 2022; Evocations, Rijksakademie, Amsterdam and Art Basel Parcours 2022; The Disconnection of Time, 18th Street Art Center, Santa Monica, 2021; Electric Dub Station, 22th Bienal de Arte Paiz, Guatemala, 2021; and Exodo Supremo, 13th Havana Biennial, 2019. Guzman lives and works in Amsterdam, Gujarat, and Panama City.
