Dani Gal

Dani Gal is an artist. He studied at the Bezalel Academy for Art and Design in Jerusalem, the Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste Städelschule in Frankfurt, and at Cooper Union in New York. His films and works have been shown widely, including documenta 14, Centre Pompidou, Polygon Gallery Vancouver, and steirischer herbst in Graz. In 2019, Gal was artist-in-residence with Blood Mountain Projects and research fellow at the Vienna Wiesenthal Institute for Holocaust Studies (VWI). He is currently a fellow at inherit in the Centre for Advanced Studies, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Gal lives and works in Berlin.
