Gülay Çağlar is Professor of Gender and Diversity at the Otto-Suhr Institute for Political Science at the Freie Universität Berlin. She is Principle Investigator of the Cluster of Excellence Contestations of the Liberal Scripts and co-director of the Research Unit Borders. She is Program Director of the Master’s Program Gender, Intersectionality and Politics. Her research interests cover a wide range of areas, including transnational feminisms and global governance, feminist political ecology, and post-growth alternatives and diversity in higher education. Çağlar lives and works in Berlin.

Ihre Forschungsinteressen decken ein breites Spektrum an Bereichen ab, darunter transnationale Feminismen und Global Governance, feministische politische Ökologie, Postwachstumsalternativen und Diversität in der Hochschulbildung. Çağlar lebt und arbeitet in Berlin.
