INTIKUREN is a platform for ideas and participation around cooking, community, and culture, addressing issues such as migration, memory, and our relationship with the Pacha. Since 2020, INTIKUREN has offered its moving ensemble, enabling transdisciplinary activation through all senses, exchange, and community cultivation. It fulfils their main motivation of establishing an intercultural dialogue between tables and cultures—a dialogue that knows no boundaries: neither temporal nor spatial, and certainly not when it comes to the menu.

 

As of January 2025
