Johannes Frick (aka Jon Darc) is a pop musician and performance artist. Frick studied acting in Zurich and Ludwigsburg as well as popular music in Mannheim and creates genre-transcending concert experiences and drag shows. Frick’s musical work combines artistic and educational practice. Frick has worked with Bahar Meriç, Marie Bues, Nilsson/Eike and Falk Richter, among others, and has performed at Schauspiel Hannover, Maxim Gorki Theatre, Berlin, and Thalia Theatre, Hamburg. With the performance duo Frisch&Schick, Frick uses performative works to research the threshold between somatic experience and technology. Frick lives and works in Berlin.
