Julia Cimafiejeva is a poet and translator from Belarus and is the author of several poetry and documentary books. Her recent literary titles include Voŭčyja Jahady. Veršy [Bogberries: Poems, 2022]; Motherfield: Poems & Belarusian Protest Diary (translated from the Belarusian by Valzhyna Mort and Hanif Abdurraqib) (2021); and Days in Miensk: A Diary (2020). Since the end of 2020, together with her husband Alhierd Bacharevič, Cimafiejeva has been living in exile in Europe and currently lives in Hamburg.
