Marie Yevkiné Tirard is a French-Armenian experimental musician, audiovisual artist, and poet, fascinated by phenomena of emotional resonance. While music is at the heart of her work as a medium that activates deep-listening, she likes to create total, synaesthetic experiences, sometimes inviting audience participation. She graduated Cum Laude from the Design Academy of Eindhoven. She is collecting Armenian lullabies, researching on fluid mnemonics mediums, and she practices modal singing with the vocal group AKN directed by Aram Kerovpyan. Tirard lives and works in Paris.
