Mohammad Din Mohammad (1955–2007) was a Singaporean artist, traditional healer, and silat master, renowned for integrating Sufi mysticism into his art. Born in Malacca, Malaysia, and raised in Singapore, he studied Western painting at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. His works, including paintings, assemblages, and Islamic calligraphy, reflect his spiritual journey. An influential precedent in the Singapore arts scene, he developed ‘The Mystical Approach’, a theory rooted in Sufi beliefs of interconnectedness. His art was exhibited internationally, and in 2008, his family established the Galeri Mohammad Din Mohammad in Malacca.
