Paul Welch Guerra is a record collector, curator, and journalist. He studied at Technische Universität Berlin and at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is the curator and host of La Regla Berlin and a founding member of the tropical record collectors group Melomania. As an independent journalist he works on a regular basis for Deutschlandfunk Kultur. His last feature was published in September 2023 and covers the history of his family in the context of the Military Coup in Chile in 2023. Welch Guerra lives and works in Berlin.
