Radek Trnka is a psychologist whose work focuses on the study of emotions, consciousness, creativity, psychotherapy, and Indigenous healing. Within the field of philosophy of science, his research critically examines how the principles of quantum theory can inspire recent developments in psychology and anthropology. He is a professor at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies and the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Recent publications include the chapter Emotional Creativity in Cambridge handbook of creativity and emotions (2023) and Indigenous concepts of consciousness, soul, and spirit: A cross-cultural perspective (2022). Trnka lives and works in Prague.
