Rebecca Pokua Korang is a multidisciplinary artist and cultural educator with a background in theatre and dance. Her artistic and educational practices are community-oriented, and her research is driven by her German-Ghanaian heritage and its relation to the broader African diaspora. Korang explores the intersections of movement, media, and space in which she works with video, textile, and sound. She is currently doing her Master’s degree in Spatial Strategies at Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin. Recent works include the exhibition How Many Minutes to Independence?, Kwame Nkrumah University of Technology and Science, Kumasi, 2024. Korang lives and works in Berlin.
