Saltanat Shoshanova

Saltanat Shoshanova (she/they) is a doctoral researcher at the University of Regensburg with a background in art history whose work examines intersections of memory, identity, and decoloniality in Central Asian and post-Soviet contexts. Their research interests include queer feminist art, activism, and memory production, particularly in Kazakhstan and the broader regions of Central Asia and the South Caucasus. Shoshanova lives and works in Berlin.
