Schilan Kurdpoor (she/her) is an activist for Kurdish issues, especially for women and children. Currently a project manager and political education officer at IBIM e.V., she previously worked as a teacher. She is also an NLP hypnosis coach, yoga teacher, and interpreter for Kurdish refugees, a board member of the Kurdische Gemeinde Deutschland e.V. as well as a contributor to the Association of Human Rights in Kurdistan – Geneva (KMMK-G) and co-author of the book Unser Schwert ist Liebe (2023). Kurdpoor lives and works in Berlin.
