Sefa Pala

Sefa Pala is a communication designer and academic. He completed his master’s degree in visual communication with a DAAD scholarship at the Weißensee Academy of Art in Berlin. He worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences of Turkish-German University and is a lecturer at the Macromedia University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. He has been conceptualizing and writing about transculturality, visual culture and archival studies since 2017. His current research interests include light-related aesthetics in contemporary art and design. Pala lives and works in Berlin.
