Yasmine Yahiatène

Yasmine Yahiatène is a multidisciplinary artist working with video mapping and performance, whose work is driven by the conviction that ‘the intimate is political’. She studied video and performance at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tournai, France, at the University of Fine Arts in Valencia, and during Les Rencontres Audiovisuelles in Lille. Her projects include OXO Beat Gender (with Collectif Oxo), 2019 and À ta place (with Compagnie ZA), 2021. La Fracture is her first creation to the stage and premiered at Atelier 210, Brussels, 2022. Yasmine Yahiatène lives and works in Brussels.
