Yudi Rafael is a curator and researcher whose work focuses on the politics of art in the Asian diaspora. He holds Master’s degrees in Latin American and Iberian Cultures from Columbia University and is the curator of Transoceanic Perspectives, at Almeida & Dale, São Paulo, where he curated solo shows of Candice Lin and Mario N. Ishikawa. His recent projects include The Appearance, Americas Society, New York, 2024; The Sun’s Path, Gomide&Co, São Paulo, 2023; and Parable of Progress, Sesc Pompéia, São Paulo, 2022. Rafael lives and works in Brazil.
