On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a multimedia architectural tour honours women and non-binary persons from different worlds who have contributed to the betterment of them. For ideological, political, and economic reasons, many of them never found their way into the history books of a patriarchal system, were erased from collective memory, or marginalized. This tour tells the stories and celebrates the legacies of Angie Stardust, Miriam Makeba, Sylvia Wynter, and numerous other artists, poets, film-makers, and activists, after whom spaces throughout HKW have been named.
