Online Timed Entry Tickets
Visits to the exhibition Aby Warburg: Bilderatlas Mnemosyne are only possible with a timed entry ticket. We strongly recommend that visitors buy their tickets online, in advance. Timed entry tickets can also be purchased on site at the ticket counters, subject to their availability.
Holders of press, ICOM or artCard passes; children and young people under 18; and persons accompanying severely disabled people are requested to book a gratis entry time slot online or at the ticket counter and to present corresponding ID upon admission without being asked.

Evening box office
Evening box office sales begin two hours before the respective event. No reservations.
Schoolchildren, students, retirees, unemployed persons and recipients of ALG II, recipients under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act and severely disabled persons are entitled to reduced prices on presentation of proof.
Visitors who are holders of mark B disability cards and comparable international IDs are entitled to a free ticket to all events for one accompanying person.

Members of the Freundeskreis will also receive reduced-price tickets on presentation of ID.
There is an additionally reduced admission for the concerts of the 20 Sunsets festival of 3€ for 6- to 13-year-olds, for berlinpass holders and refugees.
The children of unemployed persons and ALG II recipients, of a severely disabled parent and recipients of benefits under the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act, of berlinpass holders and refugees are eligible for reduced prices for Kids&Teens programs.
Cancelled events: Purchased tickets can be returned and will be reimbursed. Please contact us via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post (Berliner Festspiele, Schaperstr. 24, 10719 Berlin). Tickets purchased via the HKW webshop will then be reimbursed as credit to the payment medium used for the purchase. If you purchased tickets at the box office or by phone, we will need the tickets (e-mailed scans are welcome, too) and your bank details.
