MAF

MAF (he/him) is a multidisciplinary artist, musician, curator, and DJ. His work centers around voice and agency through explorations of the non-human entity as both a primary subject and as a metaphor for peoples othered within society, more specifically, the Black experience. He studies Sonic Arts and Sound Studies at Berlin University of the Arts. Recent works include Spectres of ||khamis sa: a listening well,  Akademie der Künste, Berlin, 2024 (collaboration with Muhammad Dawjee). MAF lives and works in Berlin.
