Mar, Río y Cordillera is a group of musicians, singers, and percussionists from the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, including: Nicolas Acevedo, Luis Pino, Didier Grueso, Laura Asprilla Lopez, Angie Rengifo Peña, Milay Mosquera, Natali Murillo, Emildo Granja Bonilla, Ana Liza Rivas, Maicol Estiben Granja, Jose Carlos Granja, Lucio Asprilla, Modesta Granja, Rufina De Garcia, Diego Londoño, and Jeison Murillo Moreno. The group previously performed at Oscar Murillo’s A Storm is Blowing From Paradise, at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia, Venice, 2022, as part of a public programme curated by SAVVY Contemporary. They live and work across La Paila, Santiago de Cali, and La Leonora.
