Pachakuti (Matthias Hinkelmann) is a multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer, and researcher based in Hildesheim. He is co-founder of the Berlin Diaspora-futurist Jazz collective Sonic Interventions, whose debut album will be released in November 2024. Recent live appearances and recordings took place with Laíz and the New Love Experience and douniah. His two Albums Albums Semilla (2020) and Dédalo (2022) with young.vishnu appeared on Melting Pot Music focus on themes of introspection, healing, and global mythology. He is currently releasing his new EP Jardín (2024) together with Eric Owusu and young.vishnu, blending Latin Groove, Hip Hop, Soul, and Afrobeat.
