As every year, the Saturday music electronics market provides a meeting place for labels, networks, and initiatives from Berlin and the wider world, and offers workshops, installations, and new tools for Worldtronics sound nomads.

DIY with Leaf Audio
A little time and soldering experience are all you need to build your own synthesizer or effects unit: the BassTrommel mk2, a clone of the legendary TR-808, with trigger sensor, or the Hairy Bastard Fuzz with noiseless true bypass.
Ableton Live with Madeleine Bloom
This workshops shows you how to creatively use Ableton Live for live performances or live electronics within a band. Madeleine Bloom (Sonic Bloom) gives an introduction to the complex software that allows way more than controllerism and can be meaningfully used in all kinds of different music styles. Learn how to build your own live performance set. Sonic Bloom offers one-to-one lessons, workshops and courses that cover all aspects of Ableton Live, with an emphasis on music production, composition, remixing and live performance.
Modul8 and VJ Workshop
Vjing is the creation or manipulation of imagery in real time through technological mediation for an audience, in synchronization with music. Modul8 and Vj workshop is an introduction, focused on the role of a Vj, the tools we use and how to proceed in a Vj session, mixing video loops in real time. We´ll use Modul8 software, that is a very flexible tool , used in domains as diverse as Vjing, contemporary art, live performances, theatre and video production.The aim is that assistants can defend themselves in a real environment. Requirements: Mac computer. Video cameras and Midi controllers welcome.
